Sun-dried tomato Pasta
Simple yet full of flavor — this is our favorite kind of salad! Al dente Orecchiette (means little ear in Italian, how cute!) pasta is tossed simply with caramel-y sun-dried tomatoes, smokey kalamata olives and fresh garlic then finished with peppery arugula in some light oil, sea salt and black pepper. Perfect for lunch or dinner, anytime of year!
