Dreamland’s spin on a French classic! Our ratatouille salad is loaded with color and flavor — roasted eggplant, squash, red bell pepper and onion mixed with fresh arugula, chopped parsley and creamy feta. We’ve taken this old standby up a notch and made it easier to eat on-the-go.
