Pesto Pasta Salad

In our opinion, the world is better place because of pesto — a magical combination of simple ingredients that takes any plain ol’ pasta, vegetable or protein to the next level. Here we’ve tossed perfectly cooked penne, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped green onion and lots of parmesan cheese in a basil pesto that’s earthy, garlicky, nutty, and pure satisfaction.
