Torshi Salad
This colorful and refreshing salad packs a pickley punch! Another Middle Eastern Specialty — ‘Torshi’ is derived from the Persian word ‘torsh’ which means sour. Roasted cauliflower florets, peppery pink radish and cool cucumber are tossed in a white wine vinegar with fresh parsley and garlic. YUM.
